Appointment Ettiquette

  • Please arrive promptly for your appointments. If you are running late, a phone call would be appreciated. Your treatment time may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid inconvenience to other clients. Full treatment fee is applicable.
  • Products and Treatments may change in price at any given time without notice.
  • To make the most of your time with us, we kindly request that your mobile phone is either turned off or switched to silent.
  • We make every endeavour to keep treatments to their allocated times, however we advise the timing and order of treatments are an approximation only.
  • PLEASE NOTE Due to the nature of the treatments offered at NOS, children (including babies) are unable to be in the treatment rooms. Please arrange alternative child minding as we are unable to provide child minding service.
  • Due to health regulations, we can not permit animals in the Clinic.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24hrs for Cancellation or Rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in the following:

  • Upfront payment for future appointments at time of booking.
  • Loss of Gift Voucher (refer to NOS Gift Vouchers)
  • Loss of treatment on Pre-Paid Series. (refer to NOS pre-paid terms and conditions)

For your convenience, an SMS reminder and confirmation will be sent a few days before your treatment. Please follow the prompts to confirm your acceptance or to cancel.

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift Vouchers are exclusive to treatment and service.
  • Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, products or injectables unless specified.
  • Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable to third party.
  • Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years and are not redeemable after this time.
  • Gift Vouchers must be presented at time of treatment to be valid.
  • We are unable to honour lost or stolen vouchers.
  • Gift Vouchers can be purchased in the Clinic or via phone and emailed or mailed to you.
  • Clients who do not show or cancel their treatment within 24hrs will forfeit their voucher.
  • At time of booking, please quote the Gift Voucher number.

Product Return Policy

The products used and prescribed at NOS are clinical strength and may require a period of adjustment. As such we do adhere to a strict exchange policy.

  • Any product exchange due to a skin reaction must be within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Any product exchange after 21 days does not guarantee refund unless faulty.
  • To qualify for refund, NOS needs to be notified of reaction at time of occurrence.
